1. Use of Our Services

1.1 Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 16 years of age. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Services, the server on which the Services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Services
• To attack the Services via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by AutoCare Specialists, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

2.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Services or any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Services or their contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

2.3 User Content

You retain all your ownership rights in any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing the Services.

3. Service Descriptions and Pricing

3.1 Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our automotive services and products. However, we do not warrant that service descriptions, product descriptions, or other content on the Services is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on our Services are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service or product.

3.3 Estimates and Quotes

Any estimates or quotes provided through our Services are approximations only. The final cost of services may vary based on actual conditions found during the repair or service process. We will notify you and seek your approval before proceeding with any additional work that exceeds the original estimate.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

4.1 Booking Appointments

When you book an appointment through our Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and the services required. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred appointment time, but cannot guarantee specific time slots.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost.

5. Warranties and Repairs

5.1 Service Warranties

We provide a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on parts and labor for most repairs and services. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Damage from accidents or acts of nature
• Routine maintenance items (filters, fluids, etc.)
• Normal wear and tear

5.2 Parts Warranties

Warranties for parts vary by manufacturer. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts typically carry the manufacturer's warranty. Aftermarket parts warranties vary by supplier. We will provide you with specific warranty information for parts used in your repair.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Full payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.

6.2 Deposits

For certain services or parts orders, we may require a deposit before beginning work. The deposit amount will be clearly communicated before you confirm your booking.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, AUTOCARE SPECIALISTS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AUTOCARE SPECIALISTS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutoCare Specialists, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
